I have a proven track record of knowing the right questions to ask and what the answers should be. By choosing me as your leading consultant, you're not choosing a specific technology solution. Although I have experience with many technology software & hardware providers, I have no partnerships with them. However, I do have strong working relationships with technology Subject Matter Experts service providers who have provided successful services in past projects. These services may include temporary one-time projects such as custom coding, hardware configuration, security verification, cloud or server configurations, and more. If these services are required for one of my lead solutions, I take full ownership and accountability as if they were provided by an employee of my own company.

I possess the confidence gained from my experience, which enables me to make quick and knowledgeable decisions. Unlike large corporate project teams, I am able to respond promptly and effectively to any situation that arises. My extensive knowledge of the subject matter allows me to determine which changes are truly necessary and add value to the project, and I am able to present accurate levels of measurements to the project steering committee. This enables the committee to make a precise, educated decision.
In contrast, this lack of confidence among other consultants in gathering and presenting valuable data required to facilitate these decisions can result in the acceptance of any requested change, leading to project delays, solutions that do not align with the approved project scope, and an increase in the budget.
My experience has given me the ability to quickly diagnose information, identify the facts needed to support the right decision, and present a proper technical executive briefing. This helps me facilitate the right decisions for any changes that come up during the course of the project.
